Consulted with a technology-driven Coffee company that uses proprietary software to predict when a customer will arrive at the drive-through window and deliver a fresh espresso the moment they drive up. My role consisted of leading Foray’s team through the user experience research and design, building out the mobile component design library, wireframes and final design of the mobile application, in addition to participating in developing some of the marketing strategy for role out of the app.
